Delegate Upload Access for Participants
Trip owners can allow selected participants to upload trip documents without giving full admin access.
- Open your team and edit the member you want to authorize.
- Add that person's email address to their team member record so TeamDivvy can match their account.
- Enable document upload for that participant and make sure they are added to the trip.
- Chaperones, other adults, or players who pay a team expense themselves can sign up for a Free account with that email address and upload receipts directly to designated trips.
- Uploaded files will appear in the trip Documents area, and those files can be attached to expenses.
