Why It Helps

Delegate Upload Access for Participants

Trip owners can allow selected participants to upload trip documents without giving full admin access.

  1. Open your team and edit the member you want to authorize.
  2. Add that person's email address to their team member record so TeamDivvy can match their account.
  3. Enable document upload for that participant and make sure they are added to the trip.
  4. Chaperones, other adults, or players who pay a team expense themselves can sign up for a Free account with that email address and upload receipts directly to designated trips.
  5. Uploaded files will appear in the trip Documents area, and those files can be attached to expenses.
