You retain ownership of your team, trip, and uploaded content. You grant TeamDivvy the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that data to operate the service.

4. Fees and Billing

Paid plans and add-ons are billed as listed on our pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

TeamDivvy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamDivvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold TeamDivvy harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using TeamDivvy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security reasons.
